Kyle Richards & Morgan Wade Grab Breakfast After Visiting Teddi Mellencamp in the Hospital – See the Photos!

Kyle Richards was spotted having breakfast with country singer Morgan Wade after they visited Teddi Mellencamp before her recent surgery. Kyle’s friendship with Morgan was spotlighted in the last season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, though the 30-year-old has barely been mentioned at all in season 14.

On February 12, Teddi revealed that doctors found multiple tumors in her brain. At the time, she was preparing for surgery to remove two of them. Teddi, who once starred on the show with Kyle, is also friends with Morgan.

Morgan and Kyle had breakfast together in Encino on February 18. Kyle seemed to be in a good place, and Morgan leaned toward her at the table. But Kyle eventually had a phone call.

A few days earlier, Kyle and Morgan visited their friend Teddi before she was taken into surgery. Right after Morgan’s meal with Kyle, the country singer performed in Los Angeles at the El Rey Theatre. Kyle shared clips from the concert on her own Instagram. In one clip, Morgan dedicated a track to Teddi.

“We’re really blessed to have a bunch of people here with me tonight, but if you don’t mind tonight, when you leave here, say a prayer for my good friend, Teddi Mellencamp,” said Morgan at the time. “I went to visit her a little bit ago, I’m guessing it’s about a week ago, she went in and had to have emergency surgery on her brain to remove some tumors. So, she would be here tonight.”

In her February 12 Instagram post, Teddi first revealed her diagnosis.

“For the last several weeks I’ve been dealing with severe and debilitating headaches. Yesterday the pain was unbearable and required hospitalization … After a CT scan and MRI, doctors found multiple tumors on my brain, which they believe have been growing for at least [six months],” she said at the time. “Two of the tumors will be surgically removed today — the remaining smaller tumors will be dealt with via radiation at a later date.”

“I am blessed to be surrounded by my children, family, friends, doctors, nurses[,] and surgeons who are doing everything possible to get me back into better health,” she went on. “Thank you to everybody who has reached out, and to everyone who has supported me along this journey.”
