Gina Kirschenheiter’s Stunning Home Upgrade: “It Brings Me So Much Joy!”

Since purchasing her townhouse in early 2020, Gina Kirschenheiter has made many changes in and outside the property. She’s added a next-level patio kitchen, installed a fire pole, and extended the kitchen island to accommodate her large family. While she clearly isn’t afraid of an ambitious home renovation, Gina also enjoys upgrading her abode in simpler, less time-consuming ways, like adding new furniture and decor.

The Real Housewives of Orange County mom demonstrated this in a March 6 Instagram Story in which she showed off her latest bedroom update.

Gina reveals her bedroom upgrade: “So pretty!”

“The new bed and new bedding and it brings me so much joy,” she said in the video featuring her dog Clover, “because it’s so pretty! And so do you!”

Gina didn’t provide details about her new bed, including when and where she purchased it. The piece appeared to have a beige upholstered frame with a minimalist matching headboard. Gina also kept the bedding chic and neutral, opting for a light taupe comforter, white sheets, and a few decorative pillows.

Gina dishes on her “cute and stylish” bedroom decor

Gina provided a closer look at her sleeping quarters in 2020, months after moving in with her boyfriend, Travis Mullen.

“This is mine and Travis’ room,” she said during a home tour for BravoTV.com. “We went furniture shopping together and I think we actually make a really good team. We tried to make it comfortable. I, obviously, wanted it to be cute and stylish, but I didn’t want it to be ultra-feminine, so I tried to balance the feminine and masculinity and throw Trav a bone in there.”

At the time of the tour, Gina’s bedroom was decorated with wooden nightstands and dressers, a light pink headboard, several wall decor pieces, and touches of greenery. The setup gave off a cozy yet airy vibe that was right in line with the contemporary, beachy aesthetic seen throughout the rest of the house. But was Gina’s favorite part of the room? Turns out it was the view.

“One of my favorite things is that I can actually be in my bedroom and I can look out and see my kids on the field running around at recess at the school,” she said during the home tour. “I can hear, also, the school bell. I don’t know what it is, but I think hearing the bell just makes me feel more connected to my kids and I love that.

“I really do love it here so much,” she said about her Mission Viejo townhouse. “It’s a great home, great area. I have great neighbors.”
