Real Housewives Of Orange County star Emily Simpson shared the results of her upper eyelid surgery to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday.

The reality TV star, 47, posted three videos, two of which showed her eyes before, and one that displayed the results right after Dr. Siamak Agha took ‘a centimeter’ of skin from her upper eyelids.

The star, who has been open about her body image struggles on the Bravo series in the past, has previously underwent a facelift, gotten liposuction, and used the help of Ozempic to shed pounds.

Dr. Agha then talked her followers through the details of the surgery, and how it will have a ‘significant impact’ on what she will look like.

‘Hopefully in photos you can see my eyes now, that’s the goal,’ Emily added.

She also promised her fans she would follow-up once her eyes fully heal, to show them the end results.

The plastic surgeon revealed that the healing time for the surgery is ‘less than two weeks.’

He told her she cannot wear makeup for about seven to eight days, which was not ideal for Emily who shared she was throwing a party ‘in two days.’

‘I have impeccable timing,’ she quipped.

‘I’m going to wear sunglasses the whole evening,’ she added.

The star then returned to Instagram after the procedure was over, and she had changed from her surgical gown into a black hoodie.

Happy with the results: She then admired her results stating she could already ‘see a big difference’ despite the bruising and swelling

‘I’m done, so this is the final look,’ she stated, looking at herself in the camera, with stitches visible on her upper lids.

The doctor revealed that the surgery went ‘really well’ and he removed one centimeter of skin for a ‘crisper and tighter’ look, which thrilled Emily.

‘I like the words crisp and tight,’ she chimed in, ‘When you’re 47, not much is crisp and tight. It all starts to just sag and fall. So crisp and tight is good.’

She then admired her results stating she could already ‘see a big difference’ despite the bruising and swelling.

At the end of the clip the doctor revealed that Emily was awake for the surgery, as she added, ‘I just got bored. I couldn’t feel anything, you feel a little pressure, but no pain.’

In June Emily revealed she used Ozempic as she shed light on how exactly she achieved her newly slimmed down figure.

Simpson’s incredible weight loss transformation has not gone unnoticed by fans, and the lawyer spoke about how she achieved her new look during an appearance on Jeff Lewis Live.

She revealed she had used the popular diabetic drug which has recently been favored by celebrities as a weight loss aid, for a month.

She dropped 5-7 pounds on the medication before discontinuing use and then receiving liposuction and a breast reduction. Now, Simpson says she is the ‘healthiest’ she has ever been.

The Bravo star said her weight loss journey began after a producer sent her a photo of herself following four months of poor sleep, eating, and exercise habits.

‘When we finished filming, I sort of had a nervous breakdown… I don’t know what happened, I think I just went for four months hard when we were filming and I ate too much, drank too much, and just didn’t get enough sleep, didn’t exercise.’

After Emily was sent the photo, she was compelled to drop the pounds after she was unable to recognize herself in the picture.

‘He sent me a picture of myself on the green screen, and I remember thinking, “Who is that?” I didn’t even know that it was me. And it just really depressed me, I knew that I gained weight, I didn’t like the way I looked.

‘So I went to the doctor, did a full blood panel, my cholesterol was high, I had zero testosterone, I was pre-diabetic. So she actually said, “Why don’t you do semaglutide?” Which is Ozempic. So I did. I did that in December.’

She also revealed she had received liposuction on her arms and underwent a breast reduction and lift.

‘In January, I did liposuction in my arms and a breast reduction,’ she said.

She added: ‘And then when I healed from that and came out of it eight weeks later or whatever, I looked completely different… I felt like it was just a huge difference in my overall look just to have the thinner arms and smaller chest.’

Emily said she was ‘so inspired’ seeing the results in her arms that she began a dramatically healthier diet.

‘I just hardcore went a completely different route with food. I became very conscientious of what I was eating. I changed my diet completely. I eat mostly protein, very little carbs, and I work out like 6, 7 days a week.’
