Gretchen Rossi is showing off how she makes time for her health, more than one month after declaring she wanted a “happy and healthy 2025.” The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 19 friend has stated in the past that she has found ways to get her well-being “back” (more on that down below) and now she is revealing what she does to achieve it.
Gretchen recently took to her Instagram Story where she gave a brief glimpse into her wellness journey, which involves sitting in an infrared sauna inside of her home. The mom of one set the story to the song “Heal” by MYRNE & Shallou, with lyrics that are applicable to her journey. “Feel like you’re overgrown, Follow the lights above,” the song goes.
“Making time for my health,” she wrote in the caption of the post, alongside a praying hands and red heart emojis.

She also posted a spiritual message to her Instagram Story, which can also be applied to making time for her mental and physical wellness journey. “When something is taken away, it’s either to make room for something greater or to free you from what was never meant for you,” the story read. “Trust God in the pruning, and trust even more in the transformation.”
Gretchen Rossi details her “health journey” for 2025
Gretchen had previously taken to her Instagram Feed on Jan. 7, where posted a video of her walking along a sandy beach and revealed that she had embarked on a “health journey.” She then wrote in the caption of the post that she was planning on continuing this journey into this year. “Last year was a health journey for me, I really had to dig deep to find out what was going on with my body,” she revealed. “I was inflamed, in pain, and did every test that was out there to figure out what was going on, to only run into no answers.”
“So I started to research, and become my own health advocate,” she continued. “I changed a lot of things in my daily life to help get my health back. It was a lot of little things that made a difference and so am going to start sharing little by little all the things I did.”
