Alexis Bellino is counting down the days until she’s Mrs. Janssen.
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum got engaged to John Janssen on their nine month anniversary back in August 2024, and she’s been in (casual) wedding planning mode ever since.
The mom of three, who confirmed her departure from RHOC in December 2024, took to her Instagram Story on February 14 to share a sweet selfie with her fiancé.
“My best friend, love of my life, my forever Valentine [John Janssen],” she wrote alongside the photo of the two sitting side by side. She also added a hashtag for “Mrs. Janssen coming soon,” though she didn’t share a specific wedding date.
Alexis posted the same image on her Instagram grid, adding, “My best friend, my everyday laughter, my rock, the love of my life and my forever valentine.”

Alexis Bellino teases her and John Janssen’s plans for an untraditional wedding
The California resident opened up about her plans to tie the knot with Johnny J this summer in an exclusive interview at Bravo HQ in September 2024.
“We’re not doing a typical wedding,” she told us, as both she and John have been down the aisle before. “We’re changing it up; we have a couple [of] creative ideas.”
While she had yet to iron out some of the bigger details, she knew that she wanted to keep things a bit more non-traditional.
“I don’t know the dress style yet. I’m not wearing a wedding dress, I’m not walking down an aisle,” Alexis said about a month after she got engaged. “But, my son James [Bellino] did ask to give me to John, so we’re gonna have to figure that out because I don’t want to walk down an aisle.”

Alexis may invite some of her friends from RHOC, but she’s planning to keep things more intimate. “I mean, we’re thinking 100 or under, but we’re already at like 80 people just with family and close friends, so I don’t know what it’s going to look like,” she said.
In the meantime, Alexis and John will continue to live separately.

“I mean, we pretty much live together right now, anyway. We bounce back between both homes,” she said during her chat with Bravo HQ. “We decided we’re going to keep both homes. I have twins [Mackenna and Miles Bellino] in high school still. We don’t want to uproot anybody from their normal, so we’re gonna keep both homes for a while … when the twins graduate, we’ll decide then.”
