During The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 14, Episode 10, Sutton Stracke flew home to Georgia with Garcelle Beauvais and Kyle Richards by her side. And the three stayed — where else? — on Sutton’s gorgeous Augusta property.
“I love Augusta, Georgia” Sutton gushed in an episode interview, “It’s where I grew up, of course. It’s also where I learned the art of ballet. It’s where all of my childhood friends are that I still have in my life.”
But she wasn’t just there to drop by. The visit was ultimately to spend some quality time with her mom, Reba, and wanted Garcelle and Kyle there for moral support.
“I’m nervous when anyone meets my mother for the first time,” explained the boutique owner. “It doesn’t matter who they are.” With that in mind, she opted to keep the invites to just two people.
When the car pulled up to the stately manor, Sutton’s guests were awed. They were met with Corinthian columns and neatly trimmed hedges that hinted at the sophistication just beyond the door.
How big is Sutton Stracke’s Augusta house?
According to Sutton, her house is “like 4,500 square feet,” which she claims is “not that big.”
Garcelle, however, had a different take. “Holy crap,” she said. “You’re such a little girl to be in this big ‘ol house!”

Inside, Sutton’s home featured tasteful decore in soft, neutral colors. At once cozy and elegant, the space reflected its sumptous Southern setting, yet had a distinctly lived-in quality.
“I don’t expect anything less from Sutton,” said Garcelle in her interview. She went on to characterize the tastefully appointed manor as “opulent and beautiful.”
“There’s just a Southern feel to it,” she added. “It’s old-school. People on their porches. Having lemonade. Waving to their neighbors. You don’t get that in Beverly Hills. Everybody’s behind a gate!”
