Kyle Richards revealed that her daughter Alexia Umansky made a big step in preparation for her wedding day.
During an Amazon Livestream on February 18, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star shared the news that her daughter found her dream wedding dress after going on shopping trips on both coasts of the United States.
“We just went dress shopping for Alexia,” Richards told fans. “That was so exciting. We went in New York and in LA. [The place in LA was] LOHO Bride. It was so nice and such a nice experience.”
Richards revealed that the bridal shop had everything catered to the bride and her group for the ultimate shopping experience.
“They had Alexia’s playlist on Spotify playing in the room when we got there,” she said. “They had non-alcoholic champagne for me, and champagne for them. And they were so nice. It was really exciting going dress shopping in New York and LA. And we found the dress at LOHO Bride. And yes, I cried. I’m such a cliché.”
During an earlier Amazon Livestream, Richards admitted that she broke down in tears the first time she saw her daughter in a wedding dress. “I didn’t think I was going to be this person, but the first dress she came out in, I started crying,” Richards told her Amazon Live viewers of the shopping trip in the Big Apple.
“I don’t know what it is. It’s like that scene in ‘Father of the Bride’ when the little girl says to her dad, ‘I’m getting married,’ and all of sudden he looks and it’s a 5-year-old talking. That’s how I felt. I was looking at her and thinking, ‘But she’s just a baby,’” Richards explained.

While answering fan questions on her February 19 Amazon Live, Richards said she is not sure if Alexia will have her three sisters, Farrah, Sophia, and Portia as her bridesmaids.
Asked if she had chosen her mother-of-the-bride dress and if so, what color and style, Richard admitted she hadn’t yet. “Of course not,” Richards laughed. “That will probably be last minute. That will be an overnight shipping situation,” she laughed.

One mother-of-the-bride job Richards has been doing is pulling out her credit card. Speaking on the February 4 edition of the RHOBH After Show, Richards said she isn’t too involved in the actual planning for the wedding, which will take place on September 6 in Aspen, Colorado.
“Alexia is very hands-on. She knows exactly what she wants. She is planning like crazy,” Richards explained. “I’m just saying, ‘Love it! Perfect!’ She has a very clear vision of what she wants and, basically, we just have to pay for it.”
