Now that Mauricio Umansky has apologized to Kyle Richards on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for those paparazzi photos of him with another woman at an airport in Greece, Erika Jayne has a bone to pick — but it’s not with him.
“[Mauricio] has clearly moved on and has his arms around or is kissing another woman — and has the right to do so,” Erika said in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show video above. “It’s not like we caught him cheating. They’re separated. They’re allowed to live their lives, and he’s doing just that.”
Instead, Erika’s issue lies with fellow RHOBH cast members Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke.
“Can I talk about how I didn’t like the delight that I saw in Garcelle and Sutton’s eyes and tone about it?” Erika asked on the After Show. “They look a little too delighted by this and a little too elevated.”

An earlier episode in the season documented a FaceTime call between Garcelle and Sutton in which Garcelle brought up photos of Mau “in Greece at the airport with a girl that has no clothes on.” While chuckling, Sutton replied, “We have a lot to unpack in this picture.”
Regardless, Erika continued on the After Show, “I think Mauricio moved on. He did exactly what he said he was going to do.”
In Episode 15, however, Garcelle and Sutton struck a slightly different, though still lighthearted, tone on the topic.
Recounting her recent lunch with Dorit Kemsley, Garcelle mostly reserved the jabs for Mau’s mystery woman, mentioning that they all feel for Kyle “because it sucks to see photos of your ex making out with some child.” Then, Garcelle (sort of) self-corrected: “I’m sorry, she’s not a child. With a young adult.” (According to headlines shown in Episode 13, the woman is 20 years Kyle’s junior.)

In a confessional during Episode 15, Kyle shared how the photos changed her perspective on her separation from Mauricio.
“The photos really did say to me he’s moving on,” she said. “You can live in this la-la land for as long as you want, but that was a hammer on the head saying, ‘Hello, Kyle, he’s moved on. It’s OK. You’re both entitled to live your lives.’ … But in seeing these photos, I think it makes it pretty clear that this is permanent, and I don’t think it’s going to be easy to come back from that.”

In the same episode, Mauricio and Kyle discussed the photos, and Mauricio took responsibility for hurting his estranged wife and their kids. “You know that I would never want to do anything on purpose that would hurt you or the kids,” he said. “I really am sorry for hurting you. I would never want to hurt you on purpose.”
Kyle seemed to understand where he was coming from. “I know that you would never do that on purpose,” she said. “I know that you did not know your picture was being taken. I don’t know that the other person didn’t know that. But obviously that’s hard to see … But we are separated, and we’re allowed to do what we want in this time. It’s just strange.”
