No decisions have been made about the season 15 cast for “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” – and no cast members have been let go – despite recent reports that several women were axed, according to a new report from Us Weekly.
An insider for the outlet shared that all of the stars from the Bravo reality show remain in limbo, and no one has been given word on their status.
Bravo also confirmed that nothing has changed regarding the cast. “No decisions have been made around casting for RHONJ,” the network told Us in an official statement on February 19.
The 14th season of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” starred Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Margaret Josephs, Dolores Catania, Jennifer Aydin, Danielle Cabral, and Rachel Fuda, as well as “friends” Jackie Goldschneider and Jennifer Fessler.

Bravo’s statement comes a few days after OK! magazine published a report that claimed the network did not give “retention notices” to Josephs, Cabral, or Fuda but were keeping Giudice, Gorga, and Catania “engaged.” The source speculated that Gorga and Catania would return to RHONJ and Giudice would be given a spinoff.
Former RHONJ “friend” Kim DePaola told OK! that Bravo that the full cast was let go but three women were given letters from the network as a token of “good faith.”
“The women were all officially released from their contracts due to it having been six months since they wrapped any filming related to RHONJ,” DePaola claimed, noting that there were no guarantees the women would return to RHONJ but could be involved in other network projects.

RHONJ has been on pause following a volatile 14th season that left the cast divided, with several of the women unable to work together. There have been rumors of a reboot or recasting of the show.
The Us Weekly insider stated that “production wants the show to come back” but it’s “the network that’s stalling.” The network has also not been in contact with any of the women, the insider claimed.
As for the most recent RHONJ cast members, several have publicly stated they have not heard anything about their status.
During a taping for Two Ts in a Pod in late 2024, Catania said she had heard “not one word” about her fate on the show.
During a February 2025 appearance on the “Sherri” show, Gorga said she hoped to get some news soon. “We were told we would get news like after the New Year, so I do think that they are working on it right now,” she told host Sherri Shepherd. “I have some good [intel], I feel like they’re working on it. I know they’re definitely talking to bring in some new girls. I’m assuming they’re going to keep some familiar faces as well.”
During an appearance on the “Bonded by Bravo” podcast in February 2025, Giudice told hosts Amy D’Aulerio and Jenna Dominello that had received no word from Bravo either.
“I heard it’s coming soon,” she said of an update. “Like, because I think they can’t, you know, they have to let you know, like, what’s the status like with the whole employment thing, right?”
