Jill Zarin captured the attention of her fans and followers on Instagram over the weekend after sharing a photo of herself and her sister.
Just days after Teresa Giudice, 52, was called out for her apparent use of heavy filters, the 61-year-old Real Housewives of New York City alum was accused of editing her image with FaceTune by fans who labeled her “unrecognizable.”
“[Every day] is #sisters day! How lucky am I to have the best sister in the world?” Jill wrote in the caption of her January 26 photo, which included her and her sister, Lisa Wexler.
After Jill shared the pic, she was met with commenters who compared her filter use to that of former Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member Nene Leakes, 57.
“Jill got that Nene Leakes filter on,” one person stated as someone else applauded Jill for the “beautiful photo.”
“What in the AI is that?” asked another.
“Great filter Jill!” someone else proclaimed.
Another person wondered, “Which one is Jill?”
“Is this from back in the day? They look so young,” a different IG user noted.
Then, someone else asked, “Girl who that? Where Jill at?” Another person labeled Jill as “unrecognizable.”
“FaceTune. Why?” they wondered.
Jill’s latest pic was shared less than a year after she confirmed she’d undergone a lower facelift and “other minor tweaks.”
“After watching myself on The GOAT on Amazon Video … I decided I needed a lower [facelift]. I also hated my hands and he added fat from my legs. They look amazing!” she revealed on Instagram in June 2024.
“I live my life openly and freely. That’s why I did a reality show and I think it’s important for people who do reality shows to be honest. I have no filter on,” she added.
Jill Zarin was featured in a full-time role on The Real Housewives of New York City for its first four seasons.
