Britani dragged by ‘ex-stepdaughter’
Lauren Walch, who claims to be Britani Bateman’s ex-stepdaughter from her former marriage, is claiming to know the RHOSLC star. She recognized her on the show and has since shared TikTok videos on her.
She explains in a video how Bateman met her father in a Target store, and was married to him a year later. Walch says how things between them were “alright” for a while, until she was proposed to.
The alleged ex-stepdaughter said: “She was okay, she really tried, I know she did. I was there when her and my Dad met and things went really downhill from there, when I got engaged.”
Britani was married to John Scott Underwood, of Utah, who is the father of Lauren. Britani and Underwood built PURE Productions, a destination production company focusing on global incentive trips.
Reality Tidbit has contacted Bateman’s representatives for comment.
Lauren says engagement left Britani sour
Lauren revealed how she didn’t include Britani’s name on her wedding invite. She said how things were “never the same between them again” once she tie with her now-husband.
Walch told her followers: “I knew she didn’t really like me, I didn’t like her at this point. I think we both tried to act as civil as we could around each other, as it was unavoidable.”
She claims things were done “passive aggressively,” such as being “intentionally left out of family dinners.” Walch added, “I’ll never forget the time me and my husband were left out of the family photo.”
Lauren said there was a family photo including every single member, which she found out through an Instagram post on Bateman’s page. She also shared a selfie with her Dad, who has appeared on RHOSLC.
