Kelly Dodd Plans to Launch Class Action Lawsuit Against Tamra Judge

Kelly Dodd is threatening to file a class action lawsuit against Tamra Judge for damaging comments she made about her and other OC Housewives on RHOC.

Real Housewives of Orange County alum Kelly Dodd believes that she and other former OC Housewives should file a class action lawsuit against Tamra Judge for damaging comments she made about them on the show over the years.

On Instagram, Kelly Dodd shared that she wants to sue Tammy Sue for slander after she claimed Kelly “sucks d–k for money” and engages in a “s*x train.”

In a video clip the 49-year-old said, “Just got off the phone with Jim Bellino and he gave me the info on what Tamra did. Then I got bunch of DMs also saying she’s a liability.”

She continued, “Tamra Judge needs to be sued. I need to sue Tamra Judge. Vicki [Gunvalson] needs to sue Tamra Judge, and Gretchen [Rossi] needs to sue Tamra Judge.”

“We all need to come together and sue her. She said, I suck d–k for money on the show not once but multiple times. That is not true. It is slander and it’s disgusting that she gets to come and say I do s*x train and all these things that is a lie. We all need to come together and file a class action lawsuit against Tamra because they allow he to go and spread rumors.”

“We need to take her down. We need to take that evil b-tch down,” she concluded.

Kelly Dodd’s rant comes just days after Jennifer Pedranti’s fiancé Ryan Boyajian served Tamra with a cease and desist over the false allegations made against him on Thursday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.

During Tamra’s appearance on WWHL, Andy Cohen asked Tamra to respond to Ryan’s comments made about her from episode 12 of RHOC.

On the episode, Ryan said, “Tamra takes anybody who’s happy and tries to railroad them because she’s miserable. Her marriage is a shame. Eddie is soft. He’s unemployed. When other’s are doing well and real love is being show, she can’t handle it because it’s everything she doesn’t have.”

Tamra responded to Ryan’s comments saying,  “He also said Eddie was unemployed and all this stuff. By the way, you know, Ryan, we sell more in a month [with our businesses] than you stole from the Dodgers’ player.”

As previously reported, Ryan Boyajian, who is engaged to RHOC star Jennifer Pedranti, was named in the $16 million gambling and theft scandal surrounding the former interpreter for Dodgers star Shohei Ohtani. It was revealed that Boyajian received immunity in return for his testimony. And sources tell us that the statements made by Tamra were “100% false”

After Tamra was served, Ryan shared why he has hired an attorney saying, “I hired Geoff Neri which is the same amazing attorney that represented Jim Bellino in his victorious slander and defamation lawsuit against Tamra years ago. She was served yesterday. #Round2”

The 57-year-old RHOC star quickly issued a public apology to Ryan on her Instagram story, admitting that she misspoke on a couple of things.

Tamra Judge slams Shannon Beador’s latest Claim about Alexis Bellino

“I didn’t mean to say Ryan stole the money,” Tamra said, explaining she meant to say her company made more money then what was stolen from the Dodger player. She then said she apologizes and that Ryan is innocent until proven guilty.

The mom of four was infamously sued by Alexis Bellino‘s ex-husband, Jim Bellino, for defamation and attempting to ruin his reputation.

In 2018, Jim filed a lawsuit against Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador demanding $1 million in damages after the former Real Housewives of Orange County stars made comments about his business and divorce from Alexis while appearing on Heather McDonald’s Juicy Scoop podcast.

The three women talked about alleged lawsuits filed against Jim’s former trampoline park. In 2019, the judge dismissed all charges against Shannon and demanded Jim pay Shannon’s attorney fees, which amounted to $137,340.25.

Tamra eventually settled with Jim for $1 million in 2022.
