Stunning $6.8M Newport Beach Home by Dr. Jen Armstrong Hits the Market After Major Makeover!

Former Real Housewives of Orange County star Dr. Jen Armstrong is selling her luxury home in Newport Beach for $6.8 million.

The five-bedroom, five-bathroom property is located inside the coveted and exclusive Newport Beach Golf Community of Big Canyon.

Jen spent $1.5 million over 10 months to completely overhaul the home, with the cosmetic injector telling DailyMail.com, ‘I look at a house like I look at a face – what can I do to make this beautiful?’

Some of the homes newer features include a grand foyer with new wood flooring and a crystal chandelier.

The main-level primary suite has golf course views, a spa-like en-suite bath, relaxing wet room, and sizeable custom-built-out master closet.

The celebrity injector starred on the sixteenth season of the hit Bravo series

As perfect as the property is now, Jen described it as ‘a bad Brady Bunch house’ when she first bought it in 2023.

‘You could touch the ceilings, there was purple carpet in the kitchen, and walls everywhere with five layers of wallpaper,’ she said.

‘It was really bad. The blender was literally built into the kitchen counter!’

The aesthetic physician then spent the next 10 months completely remodeling the property at ‘mach speed.’

‘Every part of the house is redone now,’ she said.

‘The ceilings are lifted, I tore down a lot of walls, so it’s all views now… It’s beautiful, it’s beyond gorgeous now!’

While Jen initially planned to live in the property permanently after the remodel was done, she decided to sell to work on her marriage to husband Ryne Holliday.

‘We’ve had some issues in our relationship as everyone knows so we were living separately, but we’ve really been working on our marriage so we decided to stay together,’ she explained.

The troubled couple, who tied the knot in 2013, first split after filming season 16 of the Real Housewives of Orange County in late 2021, before briefly reuniting.

However, in May 2022, Jen officially filed for legal separation and requested legal and physical custody of their three children.

‘Ryne and I are taking some time apart to focus on ourselves and our children,’ she told Us Weekly in a statement at the time.

‘While we are very sad, we are hoping that we will heal and be even stronger as a family. We ask for patience as we navigate this new chapter in our lives.’

She then upgraded the legal separation filing to divorce.

The reality star also completely remodeled the backyard and changed the pool and hot tub

While the couple’s crumbling marriage was a main storyline on RHOC, Jen has previously said that she doesn’t blame the show for their split.

‘I don’t feel like the show caused anything, it magnifies what’s already going on.

‘It just puts you in a more intense situation. So no, I wouldn’t blame the show for that,’ she told Us Weekly.

‘I think there’s a lot of past stuff that we need to not be so resentful toward one another for,’ she continued.

‘And forgive each other and become friends and just start there because we have children together and that is the most important thing.’

The couple enjoyed a family vacation to Hawaii over Easter with their three children after reuniting following a separation

The couple officially reunited again late last year, with Jen confirming the happy news to DailyMail.com back in April.

‘We’re taking it one day at a time and trying not to get into past poor relationship cycles which is easier said than done,’ she explained.

While she initially kept their reconciliation private, the celebrity injector finally went Instagram official with the happy news in April to celebrate Easter.

She shared a series of photos of herself and Ryne on an Easter vacation in Hawaii with their three children.

‘Feeling so fortunate to have spent Easter with my family in Hawaii,’ she captioned the photos, before adding, ‘Love, joy, and sunshine.’
