David Beador Faces Restraining Order from Wife Lesley Amid Domestic Violence Claims

David Beador, the ex-husband of RHOC star Shannon Beador, was hit with a temporary restraining order by his current wife, Lesley Beador, over an alleged domestic violence incident.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Lesley Beador filed a request for a domestic violence restraining order on Tuesday, September 10, against her husband, David Beador.

In the filing, the 41-year-old asked that the 59-year-old former RHOC husband be ordered to stay 100 years away from her and her three children, including the couple’s 3-year-old daughter, Anna Love Beador.

She also asked that David Beador continue paying the mortgage and ultimates on their marital home as well as her cell phone bill and the monthly lease on her Mercedes Benz. Lesley also demands exclusive access to their Newport Beach, California, home for her and her children.

On top of that, Lesley also requested that the restraining order protect her two dogs.

“I have no source of income from employment. Mr. Beador controls all the income and monies in our marriage. Mr. Beador has cut off all access to my credit cards,” Lesley wrote in her filing.

The mom of three wants David Beador granted supervised visitation with their daughter and requests that the Orange County businessman pay for child care and provide child and spousal support.

Lesley accuses her 59-year-old husband of being verbally abusive and claims he creates a hostile living environment and often is verbally abusive in front of their children.

In her court filing, she also noted that she previously filed for a restraining order but dropped it “as I believed things were getting better between us, and I wanted things to be better.”

This shocking news comes less than a month after the OC couple purchased a 3,877-square-foot home on the bay in Newport Beach for $11.45 million. David and Lesley Beador are selling their other Newport Beach home, located in the same neighborhood as their current home, for $6.89 million just five months after purchasing the four-bedroom, five-bathroom property.
