Season 18 of The Real Housewives of Orange County is in full swing. So far, fans have only seen Terry Dubrow in a few scenes, along with his wife, Heather Dubrow. Still, he has a notable presence both on the show and from his life as a famous plastic surgeon.
Now, he’s opening up and spilling secrets about the Real Housewives using Ozempic, potentially getting a nose job on the show, and how he’s currently staying fit. He also discusses how much he spent renovating their home.
Heather and Terry have been married since 1999 and have four kids together. Heather first joined the show during the seventh season, and Terry has been interwoven into several storylines. Perhaps most notable was last season, when Tamra Judge accused them of calling the paparazzi to detract from rumors that he was unfaithful.
Recently, Terry did an Instagram Live interview with the Domenick Nati Show. They discussed a range of topics, but one of the standout moments came while Terry discussed how widely used weight loss drugs like Ozempic are. When asked if the Housewives stars are using it, he responds by saying, “Emily [Simpson] admitted to it for using it for a short period of time. I don’t know if she’s still on it or not, but do I think the majority of Housewives stars have either taken it or are on it? Yes!”
He continues, “All of a sudden, all these housewives are so skinny. How did that happen? Any housewife who was formally heavier and is now very thin is on it, yeah, without question.”
Terry was then asked if he had plans to get a nose job. He says he has “always done Botox and filler.” He also shared that there have been times when he went overboard in that department. He explains, “I did too much filler about three years ago, and I looked funky for a while.” He even jokingly said he botched himself with the injections.
Terry said about potentially getting a nose job, “In terms of my nose, as I’ve gotten older, my nose has gotten bigger and more droopy.” He goes on, “But I’ll tell you something: if you watch this season of Real Housewives of Orange County, stay tuned because this may be addressed.”
As fans know, Terry has previously been open about being on Ozempic. However, he is now using Mounjaro. He shared some of the side effects of the weight loss drug. According to Terry, “I’m on Mounjaro. Gerd, reflux. Gerd is very common, you know, indigestion where you get that reflux. I don’t know if you ever had it, but it’s really significant. So yes, they can have significant side effects.”
Terry also discussed the home renovation that fans of RHOC have been discussing. He says, “So we haven’t even really started, but it’s a big-budget project.”
Domenick asks if he thinks they’ll spend around $10 million, and Terry says, “We’ll put twice that.”
