That evening, Ramona was giving a party for the Upper East Side medical spa Beauté Aesthetics, which offers such services as Botox, fillers and laser hair removal.
The 67-year-old former reality star cut a summery figure in a see-through white lace dress, worn over a solid white bandeau and matching skirt.
Her stylishly revealing cocktail attire featured a solid retro chic notched collar, lending an extra splash of élan to the proceedings.
Accentuating her unmistakable features with makeup, Ramona wore her signature blonde hair down in a bouncily wavy do.

She and Ramona posed together as a duo but also got in a bit of mingling with Amir Rostamirand, the man behind Beauté Aesthetics.
Amir opted dashingly for classic elegance – a black suit and black tie with a white pocket square – but added the modern summer touch of no-show socks.

In the wake of the scandal, she reportedly lost her her real estate job at Douglas Elliman and was supposedly axed from a scheduled appearance at BravoCon.
However an internal Bravo investigation of the claims against Ramona yielded ‘inconclusive’ results, according to Page Six.
With regards to BravoCon, an insider told Us Weekly: ‘Bravo execs didn’t say she couldn’t come. She had a conversation with them about attending and she said she was not up for it and was too distraught,’
