RHONY season 15 will be released on Tuesday, October 1, at 9:00 pm ET on Bravo, with consequent episodes released every Tuesday. After season 13 not clicking with the fans, the show had a soft reboot with season 14 where six new housewives were introduced to the New York City spinoff.
The six cast members Brynn Whitfield, Jenna Lyons, Ubah Hassan, Sai De Silva, Erin Lichy, and Jessel Tank, will be back for season 15. Racquel Chevremont will be the newest addition to the group and designer Rebecca Minkoff will be joining as a “friend of.”
The official press release for the new season reads,
“things can change in a New York minute when rumors start spreading among the ladies, and only time will tell if longstanding loyalties are strong enough to weather the storm as secrets shake things up.”
RHONY season 15 renewal and cast
On March 28, 2024, Bravo announced that RHONY would return for its 15th season. The original season 14 housewives will be back, along with new additions Racquel Chevremont and Rebecca Minkoff. According to Bravo, Jenna Lyons will face the challenge of balancing her personal life with her business ventures, exploring a new relationship, and saying goodbye to her son as he heads to college.
Brynn Whitfield moved into her dream apartment with her puppy. This season, she will explore her motherhood and will have to face some rumors that will question her career.
Erin Lichy will struggle with a loved one’s cancer diagnosis and issues with her husband. Jessel Taank is a mom of twin boys but now wants a girl. She will try to convince her husband Pavit and align their thoughts on baby #3
After taking her mom’s ashes to their final resting place, Sai de Silva enters therapy and will try to keep her cool through the RHONY season. Ubah Hassan will focus on her relationship and her dream of becoming a mother but this will come at the cost of her independence
The newest RHONY housewife Racquel Chevremont is an art curator from Brooklyn and will put in efforts to get past her New York art scene rumors and live a happy life with her family.
Rebecca Minkoff is a designer, author, and entrepreneur and will be a “friend of” addition to the cast. As Rebecca pushes through in the fashion industry she will have to blend in with the housewives.
RHONY season 15 trailer: What to expect
The Real Housewives of New York City season 15 trailer debuted on August 13. The teaser involves pigeons references, cast members calling each other pigeons, while others defending themselves. It gives a glimpse of what the season is all about and explores pregnancy rumors, friendship breakdowns, and usual party-time banter.
RHONY season 15 trailer starts on a fun note and slowly leads fans into the drama. Jessel is seen getting sacred by a bunch of pigeons, kicking off the pigeon theme of the teaser. Ubah meets up with her designer friend Rebecca Minkoff and introduces her to the gang.
Jenna and Raquel joke about “seeing men” and being “married to men”. A friend asks them how it worked out for them and Racquel says “Not enough”. Drama kick-off when Sai gets irritated by Jenna’s comment on therapy and later shows off her diamond engagement ring in another clip from the trailer.
Jessel and her husband, Pavit Randhawa, disagree on having kids. Jesse wants baby #3 but Pavit is not sure about the idea. Brynn and Erin reveal that someone in their group might be pregnant again. The trailer ended with cast members using pigeons as a metaphor to call out each other on their actions.
