Mauricio Umansky hit the beach in Mexico with girlfriend Nikita Kahn after it was announced that Netflix had canceled his real estate series after just two seasons.
Just over a year after he and Kyle Richards, 55, confirmed their separation, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 54, stepped out at the One&Only Mandarina in Riviera Nayarit, where he and Nikita, 33, didn’t hesitate to get close.
In photos shared by TMZ on August 17, Mauricio was seen in a pair of printed shorts as Nikita, a model and actress, wore an orange bikini top and turquoise bottoms.
The couple enjoyed a PDA-filled outing as they floated around, walked side-by-side along the beach, and nearly shared a kiss in the water

As RHOBH fans will recall, Mauricio and Nikita were first spotted kissing at an airport in Mykonos, Greece, in mid-July. And in the days that followed, the two of them seemed to confirm their romance as they lounged poolside and enjoyed a hike in the area.
Of the photos, a source told Life & Style that Kyle was left “humiliated.”
“Mauricio was gallivanting in public with this young chippie to show her what she’s missing … [But] this was the end of their marriage right there!” the insider stated. “The fact is that Mauricio had really hoped their marriage would fall back into place, but he figured he was a sucker letting grass grow under his feet while Kyle took her time making up her damned mind! Now, he has forced her hand — and he doesn’t feel bad about it one bit!”
While Kyle hasn’t spoken out about the pics directly, she did remove the “wife” nod from her Instagram bio last month as she celebrated two years of sobriety with what seemed like a shady dig at her estranged husband.
“Personally, I prefer to see people and situations just as they are,” Kyle noted as one of the reasons behind her decision not to drink.
Deadline was the first to confirm Netflix’s decision about the fate of Buying Beverly Hills, citing low ratings and high production costs for the cancellation.
The series, which also featured Farrah Aldjufrie, 35, Alexia Umansky, 28, and Sophia Umansky, 24, premiered in 2022, and it followed the separation between Mauricio and Kyle throughout its second season.
