Margaret Josephs Uncovers the Truth Behind Her Rift with Jackie Goldschneider and Drags Dolores Catania into the Chaos!

Margaret Josephs Reveals the Root of Her Fallout with Jackie Goldschneider and Pulls Dolores Catania into The Drama!

Margaret Josephs is opening up about the moment her friendship with Jackie Goldschneider took a turn, leading to their current feud.

Appearing on the August 14 episode of Tamra Judge and Teddi Mellencamp’s podcast, Two Ts in a Pod, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star shared details about the incident that sparked the rift and how it has affected their relationship.

During the podcast, Margaret, 57, revealed that tensions began to rise in late 2023 after a confrontation between her and Jackie, 47, at BravoCon. According to Margaret, the situation escalated when she complimented the new cast members of RHONJ, including Danielle CabralJennifer Fessler, and Rachel Fuda, in front of Jackie.

“I was told what she had told other castmates, that she was very upset that we were at BravoCon and one of my network executives had seen me and said, ‘How do you think of the new cast?’” Margaret recounted. “I said, ‘They’re fantastic. I love them. What a great addition to the show.’ Jackie was standing next to me. She said, ‘How could you say that in front of me?’ I go, ‘It’s not about you. That doesn’t diminish your shine. You’re still amazing. Two things can be true.’”

Margaret believes this interaction was the catalyst for Jackie’s decision to turn against her. “At that moment, she was like, ‘I have it in for Margaret,’” Margaret said. “Jackie is only for herself. I have found that out. She only cares about herself. She will do anything to elevate herself and ruin anybody else. I’ve witnessed it firsthand.”

Reflecting on their past friendship, Margaret expressed disappointment, noting that she had always supported Jackie. She shared that she had even helped Jackie find a new book agent after her first one dropped her. “[Jackie] called me crying. I felt sick because she’s a talented writer, brilliant, inspiring story… I said ‘Please speak to Anthony, who I work with. He knows a lot of people, you’re gonna land a deal. You’re bigger than this. You’re gonna go further than the show.’ I say everything to build her up and I meant it,” Margaret revealed.

However, despite her efforts to uplift Jackie, Margaret believes Jackie’s actions have contradicted the values she writes about in her book. “I wish she had authentically lived what she has written because everything she wrote in the book, she’s behaving the exact opposite way,” Margaret added.

The tension between the two escalated further during the RHONJ season 14 finale watch party. Margaret revealed that she wanted to show Dolores Catania, 53, a screenshot proving that Jackie had reached out to Luis Ruelas’ ex, Vanessa Reiser, for information about Teresa Giudice.

“It was just showing the actual fact that Jackie, there were a few screenshots I wanted to show,” Margaret explained. “February 25, 2021, Jackie actually did reach out to the ex. I have the screenshot of that. Of her saying, ‘Let’s talk off social media. My social media manager could read it. I don’t want to ruin anybody’s life but she’s so stupid,’ talking about Teresa. She wanted to get dirt. She didn’t have one Vanessa over. She had two Vanessas over. She had them both at her house.”

Margaret also addressed a message Jackie sent her during the season in which Jackie called Dolores a “slob” for failing to tag her in a group photo. “I was pissed off. She wasn’t being genuine,” Margaret stated. She explained that she tried to defuse the situation by encouraging Jackie to call Dolores directly, suggesting that the omission was an oversight.

As Margaret reflected on Jackie’s behavior, she speculated that Jackie’s sensitivity to being left out might stem from a “childhood wound.” She noted, “Everything’s not a personal attack but she takes everything as a personal front and then she’s gonna ruin your life.”

Margaret also expressed doubt about the longevity of Jackie’s newfound friendship with Teresa Giudice, suggesting that it’s more of an alliance than a genuine connection. “It’s frenemies. It’s an alliance,” Margaret said. “Jackie’s a smart girl. Do you think she really likes her? Jackie’s afraid Teresa’s gonna do something, God knows, do what else to her.”

With the season wrapped, Margaret feels “vindicated” as the truth about Jackie’s actions has come to light. “I love that everybody sees what I’ve seen all along and I’m happy the truth has come out,” she concluded.
