Teresa Giudice surprised Real Housewives of New Jersey fans with her calm reaction to learning that Jackie Goldschneider had secretly been in touch with her husband Luis Ruelas’ ex-girlfriend. Everyone expected her to be shocked or go into a rage, but instead, she just nodded and said she was “fine with it.”
Sources claim RHONJ won’t resume filming until next year as they figure out the future of the show.
Teresa was very honest and said that she expected this from Jackie, and she also said that it would be hypocritical of her to get upset. She has played dirty in the past, it’s the nature of reality TV, and she understands where Jackie was coming from.

Teresa Giudice not only surprised the audience with her lack of reaction but also with the way she didn’t blame Jackie for what happened. Instead, she turned on Margaret Josephs for causing drama and bringing up negative things about her husband.
In an interview with BravoTV.com, she explained the reason behind her lack of reaction. She said she already suspected that her husband’s ex was keeping in touch with her RHONJ co-stars.
“I already knew what they were gonna say and I didn’t even flinch,” Teresa said. “I knew they were all hanging out with them.”
Not only that, but she blamed Margaret instead of Jackie, saying that Margaret was using her to do her dirty work.
“I knew they were all talking to them. Jackie had them at her house because Margaret’s not going to be that dumb and have them at her house… Margaret let Jackie do it because, at the time, Jackie was Margaret’s puppet.”
About why she wasn’t upset, she said it’s because she knows those are the rules of the game.
“I’m totally fine with Jackie doing that because I hurt her. I hurt her by putting out what I said about Evan,” she explained,
“See? I’m a big girl. If I punch you, I get it, you’re gonna punch me back. I could’ve gotten ugly, [but] that’s just not the person I am. And I said that to her: Whatever she did in the past, I don’t care. I get why she did what she did. I get it. I just don’t roll like her.”

Considering how tense things are among the RHONJ cast, Teresa’s lack of reaction was a welcome break from drama. However, despite Teresa being calm and understanding about it, Jackie still felt bad for putting her and her husband in that position and apologized to her.
“I was scared to tell you because I didn’t want to f*** this up,” Jackie said as an explanation of why she lied about it before. “But I’m glad that you know because I was always nervous that you would find out.”
Fans aren’t afraid to call Real Housewives out when their social media images appear to be heavily edited.
Jackie explained in a confessional why she went about it this way.
“It was February of 2021. That season opened with me and Teresa and the whole world was weighing in on whether or not my husband was cheating on me. Teresa and Jennifer were calling people trying to get information on my husband; trying to get pictures of women,” Jackie justified.
“And here comes this woman saying, ‘Hey, I got something to put in your pocket,’ so if Teresa was to say to me, ‘Well your husband did this,’ I could say, ‘Well your husband did this.’ That’s the game we were playing.”
In the end, it seems Teresa understood the nature of the strategy, and while she didn’t like it, she’ll get over it.
