Mauricio Umansky is officially moving on with his love life.
The Buying Beverly Hills star was spotted kissing a new woman just over a year after he and estranged wife Kyle Richards announced their separation after 27 years of marriage.
As the real estate mogul disembarked a plane in Mykonos, Greece on July 16, he was greeted by a blonde woman.
The mystery lady, dressed in a black bikini under a sheer beach cover-up, threw her arms around the 54-year-old, who was dressed casually in pants and a white tee for hist summer getaway.
Mauricio’s PDA fest all but proves he and Kyle have no plans to reconcile amid their ongoing split, which they revealed last July.
In fact, Mauricio recently moved out of his and Kyle’s Los Angeles home after buying a new bachelor pad—a change The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is still getting used to.
“That was weird,” Kyle—who shares daughters Farrah, 35, Alexia, 27, Sophia, 24, and Portia, 16, with Mauricio—admitted in May. “I always knew when that day came it would feel strange, very real. I’m a mom of four, I have a busy household.”

“I’m used to having a lot of chaos and stuff going on in my house,” the Halloween Ends actress added, “and the day that he moved out was just strange because I came home and I’m like, ‘Everything’s so quiet.’ I was like, ‘Where is everybody?'”
When it comes to Kyle’s newly single life, the 55-year-old has repeatedly shot down rumors she’s dating country singer Morgan Wade despite their inseparable new friendship.

And Mauricio has maintained he’s been single since their breakup—despite being photographed holding hands with his Dancing With the Stars partner Emma Slater last October.
“I’m spending a lot of time by myself and kind of getting to learn myself and enjoy myself,” Mauricio told E! News in March. “I’ve been enjoying that process. I’m not in a rush to do anything at the moment. Not in a rush—period. I am enjoying the journey and I’m learning from myself.”
The Agency owner added, “I’m just taking it a day at a time.”
