Real Housewives of Dubai star Chanel Ayan throws some major shade at Melissa Gorga and her 2.8 million Instagram followers! Get all the details!
Melissa Gorga’s stans are desperate to make the Bravoverse see that she is one of the biggest Real Housewives out there due to her enormous following on social media.
According to one fan, Melissa Gorga is clearly the biggest star on Bravo because she has the most Instagram followers compared to all the other current Housewives.
“Heather Dubrow, Tamra Judge, Kenya Moore, Erika Jayne, and Teresa Giudice are all Housewives with less Instagram followers than Melissa Gorga. Let that sink in,” the fan tweeted.
Real Housewives of Dubai star Chanel Ayan jumped in and claimed that Melissa Gorga only has the most followers on Instagram because they are bought and paid for – the shade!
“She can’t have more followers than Teresa or the Kenya Moore. Did she buy them? Sorry, not sorry. Don’t care,” Chanel wrote on Twitter.
Melissa has yet to respond to Chanel’s diss, but naturally, Bravo fans had quite a bit to say.
“One thing about Miss Ayan? Oh, she gonna speak the whole truth,” one fan shared.
“It doesn’t matter how many followers Melissa has. Teresa has been asked to other shows, “Dancing With the Stars,” “House of Villains,” etc.. What about Melissa?” a second fan wrote.
A third commented, “Chanel speaks facts.”

“She bought them; she did not have these many followers [before]. The Gorgas are fighting to stay on reality TV,” someone else wrote.
Another fan commented, “That is weird because I wouldn’t know who she was. She is not in any commercials or other things.”
This isn’t the first time Chanel has thrown shade at Melissa.
In a promo teaser for season 2 of RHODubai, Chanel dissed the Real Housewives of New Jersey star while describing the newest member of the Real Housewives of Dubai cast, Taleen Marie.
“She reminds me of Melissa Gorga. So she is to be watched,” Chanel said of Taleen in the Instagram promo clip from Bravo TV.
Melissa Gorga caught wind of Chanel’s comment and publicly called out the RHODubai star for always talking about her.
“Wait what? Why does this woman always have my name in her mouth?” the Real Housewives of New Jersey star said in a comment, screenshotted and shared by Everything Housewives on Instagram.
In a second comment, the 45-year-old said: “MeLISSA GORRRRGGAAAAAA let’s get it right girlfriend.”
Melissa Gorga’s reacts to Chanel Ayan’s shade!
As Bravo fans may know, Chanel is friends with Melissa’s estranged sister-in-law, Teresa Giudice. The RHODubai star attended Teresa’s August 2022 wedding to Louie Ruelas.
Melissa and Teresa are currently not on speaking terms and did not interact AT ALL while filming season 14 of RHONJ. Their feud has led to a major fracture in the RHONJ cast, which Andy Cohen has said is unsustainable moving forward and will likely cause a major casting shakeup for season 15.
