The reality star was sentenced to 15 months in prison, but served only 11 months before returning home on December 23, 2015. Her ex-husband, Joe Giudice, received a 41-month sentence. Teresa insists she had no knowledge of her husband’s fraudulent activities, maintaining that she signed documents under his direction without understanding their implications.
