On May 15, 2023, it was announced Kelly was cast for Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip season 5.
This edition of the program is titled RHUGT: RHONY Legacy and is her first appearance in the franchise in over 10 years.
The show features Kelly with her past RHONY co-stars Ramona Singer, Luann de Lesseps, Kristen Taekman, and Dorinda Medley.
The series will be released via Peacock and filming takes place at Saline Beach in St. Barts.
