Jerѕey Shore’ѕ Angelіna Pіvarnіck Fаcing Aѕѕault аnd Crіmіnal Mіschіef Chаrges

Another Jersey Shore star has found themselves in legal trouble. This time, it’s Angelina Pivarnick entangled with the law. Although the details are murky, we know that something happened at her New Jersey residence that resulted in the cops showing up and a handful of charges pressed against Angelina.

Interestingly, Angelina’s lawyer is James J, Leonard Jr., who you might recognize as Teresa Giudice’s longtime lawyer. Small world, right? He’s a Real Housewives of New Jersey staple, and he claims that the charges against Angelina are a whole lot of nothing.

Blame it on the meds

Page Six reported all of the details of Angelina’s messy arrest, which seemed to have somehow involved her fiance, Vinny Tortorella. According to a supposed eyewitness, cop cars and ambulances swarmed over their house before Angelia was arrested. She ended up being charged with “simple assault, criminal mischief, obstructing the administration of law, and resisting arrest.”

Court documents related to the incident didn’t shed much light on what exactly happened. According to the outlet, this was due to “legal exemptions” related to “domestic violence cases and/or criminal investigations.” Essentially, they’re trying to keep the details confidential from the public to protect everyone involved in the case.

Although the court records didn’t reveal too much about what happened, Angelina’s lawyer gave some insight into the matter. He said that the whole thing was just a “very minor incident.” According to him, the situation was “exacerbated by an adverse reaction to prescribed over-the-counter medication.”

“We look forward to resolving this matter favorably and putting it behind us,” James insisted.

Even if they do put this matter behind them, there’s no denying the fact that this is the second time Angelina and Vinny have had the cops show up at their house. A very similar situation happened in November 2023, where Angelina called the cops after a dispute with Vinny.

“I can confirm that Angelina did in fact call the police to her home. After speaking with the officers, Angelina decided not to file charges,” James said at the time.

In that case, no one blamed the ordeal on “prescribed over-the-counter medications.” Instead, she and Vinny insisted that it was a misunderstanding and nothing illegal happened. They weren’t as lucky this time, and Angelina might have to pay a price for her alleged misconduct.
