Cynthia Bailey just had an encounter at her Atlanta home, “Lake Bailey,” that left her with some questions.
“WOW!!! I HAD A VISITOR YESTERDAY AT LAKE BAILEY!” The Real Housewives of Atlanta friend captioned a June 1 Instagram post with several photos and videos of an enormous turtle.
In addition to the first up-close photo of the turtle, Cynthia shared a video of the “little guy,” noting how close he was to her home. “So, I just came outside and this little guy here was sitting right outside my front door,” she stated.
“My favorite thing about Lake Bailey is being surrounded by nature. Was curious to see what turtles symbolize after this little fellow showed up,” Cynthia added in her caption. “This is what I found, so interesting.”
Cynthia then went into detail about turtles being a sign of “wisdom [and] knowledge,” along with “patience” and “protection.”
Further in her Instagram series, Cynthia called upon her friend to help take the turtle back to the water. “Thank you [Chandler Butler] for putting big boy back in the lake for me,” Cynthia concluded in her caption.
Cynthia Bailey’s Living Situation Update
On RHOA Season 15 Episode 13, which aired on August 6, 2023, Cynthia revealed more details of her life, including her living situation at Lake Bailey following her split from Mike Hill in October 2022.
During a sit-down with Kandi Burruss at Blaze Steak & Seafood restaurant, Cynthia revealed she was “rebuilding” her life after her divorce. “[I’m] loving being back at Lake Bailey,” Cynthia said of her move back to the waterfront home after primarily residing with Mike in Los Angeles.
She added in a confessional: “So here I am, starting all over again. I am very disappointed that my marriage did not work out. God is moving my steps… even if it’s away from my last marriage.”
