Just when things seem to be calming down between Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, their family drama reignites. Get all the details on their latest public drama.
TMZ reports that Kim Zolciak has once again accused her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, of stealing her crap. To make matters even worse, the Real Housewives of Atlanta OG also got the cops involved in their petty drama.
According to a police report, Milton PD was dispatched to Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s family home for a domestic disturbance call.
Per the report, Kim called the cops, saying that Kroy took her cell phone and locked himself in the master bedroom, which is the room he currently resides in.

The warring former Bravo couple has been court-ordered to stick to their parts of the house. The RHOA alum told police she was unable to get her phone from Kroy because he would not give it back to her. Thanks to their body cameras, cops caught this all on video.
Kim Zolciak clarified to the police that nothing physical had occurred between her and Kroy that evening.
The incident took place in late April, and the body cam footage seems to back up the police report. Footage shows Kim complaining about their “horrible divorce” while also alleging that Kroy has been going through her personal items.
She said: “This is absolutely absurd that I have to deal with this nonsense. I deal with it every single day. Screaming all day. Yelling all day. Losing his mind all day. Taking my belongings. It’s just, enough is enough.”

While cops attempted to mediate the situation by talking with Kroy, he refused to come out of his bedroom. The former NFL star denied having Kim’s phone and said he didn’t know where it could be located.
Nothing much came of the ordeal as Kim was not able to show a copy of the court order.
In the last year, the growing financial issues of the former RHOA couple have become public knowledge amid their marital issues.
The 37-year-old NFL star filed for divorce from Kim in May 2023, claiming that the RHOA OG’s gambling addiction “financially devastated” their family.
According to Kroy, Kim’s gambling has played a huge role in their family’s financial issues. Kroy has claimed that Kim lost $700k in gambling in the last two years alone.
“The total in the marriage was about $1.5 million dollars. She does it online illegally,” Kroy told police in the summer of 20233.
In 2023, Kim and Kroy were also hit with a $1.1 million tax lien as well as various other lawsuits over unpaid credit cards and outstanding gambling debts.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta is expected to return for season 16 in early 2025.
