Tom Brady joked that it was easy to beat the Jaguars

When Tom Brady appeared on an episode of The Pivot Podcast, he made a joke about how easy it was to beat the Jacksonville Jaguars.

“It’s very challenging to go beat the Steelers, to beat the Dolphins. … Not Jacksonville,” Brady said while gesturing at Fred Taylor. “I’m just kidding. Freddy, you know I love you.”

Brady was 5-1 against the Jaguars during his career. He also beat them when the two teams squared off for the 2017 AFC Championship.

Surprisingly, Brady also indicated that he thought the referees had made the wrong call on a Myles Jack fumble return touchdown during that same game. We all know this controversial call ultimately led the Patriots to advancing to the Super Bowl that year.

Brady endured a particularly brutal roast on Netflix earlier last week so he was probably grateful not to be the butt of the joke in this situation.
