Kelly Dodd Teases Potential Class-Action Lawsuit Against Tamra for Defamation on RHOC, Reveals Phone Call with Jim Bellino Amid Ryan’s Lawsuit Drama, Labels Tamra a ‘Liability’!

Kelly Dodd hinted at a phone call with Alexis Bellino’s ex-husband Jim Bellino, who sued Tamra Judge for defamation in 2018. Kelly then suggested that she, Vicki Gunvalson, and Gretchen Rossi should form a “class-action lawsuit” against Tamra after Tamra allegedly accused her of “suck[ing] d**k for money.”

Recently, Real Housewives of Orange County star Ryan Boyajian revealed he’s suing Tamra after she claimed on Watch What Happens Live that he stole money from a Dodgers player. She later issued two apologies. Ryan reportedly hired the same lawyer who successfully represented Jim – who reportedly won $1 million from Tamra in the past settlement.

Throughout the years, Tamra has made controversial statements about castmates and their husbands – both on the show and in the press. In the current season, she accused Shannon Beador of being an alcoholic, and she claimed Ryan was raided by the FBI. Many castmates, including Jim, have said that Tamra’s claims affected their livelihood.

“I just got off the phone with Jim Bellino, and he gave me the info on what … Tamra did,” said Kelly on her Instagram Stories, shared by @allabouttrhpodcast, assumedly alluding to the Ryan dispute. “I got a bunch of DMs also saying she’s a liability. Tamra Judge needs to be sued. I need to sue Tamra Judge. Vicki needs to sue Tamra Judge, and Gretchen needs to sue Tamra Judge.”

“We all need to come together and sue her,” Kelly added. “She said I suck d**k for money on the show not once but multiple times. That is not true. It’s slander and it’s disgusting. That she gets to come and say I do a sex train and all these things — that is a lie.”

She then suggested that they form a class-action lawsuit.

“We all need to come together and file a class-action lawsuit against Tamra Judge,” she said. “Because they allow her to go and spread rumors, and you know what? We need to take her down. We need to take that evil b**ch down.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Thursday nights at 9/8c on Bravo.
