Angie Katsanevas Sets the Record Straight: Lisa Barlow’s Alleged Cheating, Villain Vibes, and Meredith’s Reaction to Full-Time Drama!

Angie Katsanevas appeared on Wednesday night’s Watch What Happens Live, where she addressed claims of having accused Lisa Barlow of cheating on her husband, John Barlow.

While also reflecting on newbie Bronwyn Newport‘s shady comments to Whitney Rose, 37, sharing Meredith Marks‘ reaction to her upgraded role on Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, and doubling down on the claims she made against her, Angie spoke of her friendship with Mary Cosby, 51. She also explained what she meant when she alleged that another man was paying for Lisa’s filler.

“I didn’t publicly insinuate Lisa cheats on John. It was a comment about an American Express and a mystery man’s name,” Angie clarified on the September 25 episode of WWHL. “There was nothing about strings attached or any insinuation towards cheating. It was a response to being ganged up on by Lisa and Meredith on Twitter.”

Although Lisa suggested she’d be the villain during an argument with Whitney on the premiere, Angie said, “Lisa’s not my villain. She might be Whitney’s, but she’s not mine.”

Regarding Bronwyn’s comments about Whitney, who had proclaimed that she was “healed” from past trauma, prompting Bronwyn to laugh, Angie admitted, “It was shady.”

“I’m still getting to know Bronwyn but I’ll say shady,” she added.

Then, during a game in which she was asked to pick between Lisa, 49, or Meredith, 52, Angie said Lisa had been the better friend, was the one she would take business advice from, and was the most likely to throw her castmates under the bus. As for who talks most behind people’s backs, that honor went to Meredith.

Angie also said that Meredith was the “most irked” by her upgraded role.

“Probably Meredith, if I have to say. Everybody else was excited for me to come on,” she noted.

Although Meredith has denied everything Angie alleged on her scroll, Angie stands by her claims, stating, “We saw it all play out on TV last season, so yes,” and revealing that her scroll had made its way to the Bravo Clubhouse.

Also on the live broadcast, after denying that Mary was being too hard on newbie Britani Bateman, and saying that her meanest comment was her “inbred” diss against Heather Gay, 50, Angie addressed their newfound friendship.

“The universe just brought us together. We have had so much fun together, and you know what? We see each other. And we are like besties, and we’re having so much fun,” she gushed.

Later, on the WWHL: After Show, Angie responded to a fan who wanted to know what she thought of Lisa saying she was disappointed in her for going behind her back and repeating her feelings about Whitney’s podcast to Whitney.

“This information was not new information. After the podcast, Lisa was all over press, all over the internet upset about it. So, it wasn’t like, something Whitney hadn’t heard before. I was basically prepping Whitney,” she explained “In the scene, you didn’t see that I told her she owed her an apology and she probably shouldn’t have done that. So hopefully that will show. I said it multiple times throughout the season and again, I’m just gonna say, I was playing with what was already on the field, no new information that Whitney didn’t know or hadn’t already seen in response to her podcast and villain accusations.”

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season five airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
