Alexis Bellino isn’t holding back after Teddi Mellencamp questioned her behavior on the current season of The Real Housewives of Orange County.
During a recent episode of her Two Ts In A Pod podcast, Teddi Mellencamp criticized Alexis Bellino for how she’s been handling personal matters on the show, calling her behavior “annoying,” and questioning her involvement in drama surrounding her fiancé John Janssen’s lawsuit against Shannon Beador.
Teddi’s Comments and Alexis’ Clapback
On the podcast, Teddi expressed confusion over why John’s legal issues with Shannon were “emotionally affecting Alexis.” She even went so far as to say that Alexis had been “driving her nuts” as a viewer. This prompted a sharp response from Alexis on Instagram, where she labeled Teddi a “b**ch” and defended her actions during a recent episode of RHOC.
Guess What The Show Left Out
Alexis began in a comment shared by the Instagram account @bravo_boo. Alexis explained that she wasn’t making the situation about herself, but rather saw Heather Dubrow “super upset” and felt compelled to step in after 20 minutes of Emily Simpson yelling at Heather. According to Alexis, her attempt to deescalate the situation led to Emily bringing her into the drama by making comments about dress sizes at a charity event.
What Went Down Between Alexis and Emily?
The RHOC episode in question saw Emily confronting Heather Dubrow, claiming that Heather had orchestrated a situation where both Emily and Alexis ended up wearing the same dress at a charity event — only with Emily given a size 12 and Alexis a size 2. Alexis, frustrated by being dragged into the spat, told Emily to calm down, which led to Emily yelling at her to “shut up.” Alexis contended that this confrontation was misrepresented on-screen and that viewers didn’t get the full story.
“Unfortunately y’all are NOT seeing the truth, and I’m the punching bag,” Alexis stated, hinting that more information about the incident will come to light soon.

Addressing Teddi directly, Alexis said, “Teddi, you met me and should know my heart and knock it off. You’re being kinda a b**ch to me. Just know that what you’re seeing is not true.” Alexis expressed her frustration that she’s been misunderstood and unfairly criticized, insisting that her actions and intentions were not accurately portrayed on the show.
