Meredith Marks has undergone a third breast reduction surgery for a ‘weird issue’ that causes growth to not stop.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star, 52 – who will appear in the upcoming fifth season of the Bravo series – opened about the medical condition on an episode of Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast on Friday.
‘My breast tissue doesn’t stop growing,’ the TV personality explained, while adding that, ‘It’s wild.’
‘Seriously, I have this weird issue and I’m hoping this is [my final breast reduction]. I never wanted to be that big.’
Marks further explained that doctors haven’t given an official diagnosis in regards to the condition, but the star expressed she thinks it is ‘hormonal and genetic’ related.

Meredith revealed that her mother dealt with a similar situation. ‘I mean, my mom started growing in her 40s and same kind of thing. I just was too big to start.’
The star said that she was ‘always supposed to be a small C’ but her cup size only continued to grow.
‘That’s a whole thing. When you have to go up two sizes to accommodate your chest, nothing sits right. It’s just not good…It’s weird.’
Marks expressed during the podcast episode that she hopes the third breast reduction will also be her last.
But if growth continues, she will undergo an additional surgery. ‘If I have to, I will. Unless I want to look matronly.’
Meredith also recalled her close pal and RHOSLC co-star, Heather Gay’s, humorous reaction to her ‘weird issue.’
She revealed that Heather was envious of her cleavage and stated, ‘Her response was so funny. I was laughing so hard.’
The media personality also shared that fans will be able to see the conversation take place during the fifth season of RHOSLC – which is set to begin airing later this month on September 18.

The latest podcast episode comes shortly before the fifth season premiere of The Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City on September 18.
Last month in August, a trailer dropped and showed Marks embroiled in drama with fellow castmate, Mary Cosby.
In the teaser, Cosby could be seen having a heated exchange with Meredith at a party – and kicked her out of her house.
And earlier this week during an appearance on Jeff Lewis Live, Andy Cohen teased what viewers can expect during the upcoming first episode of season five.
‘It’s very good, and the first episode starts with such a bang, and they do something that I don’t think has been done on a Housewives show before, which is the first full episode is the first full all-cast event. And so much happens.’
‘It’s really great,’ the Bravo host continued, and added, ‘It’s excellent, and the women are great, and it feels very fresh.’
Following the show’s fourth season finale, Cohen expressed that the upcoming season ‘feels very – from the jump – “Oh, wow, they’re off to the races.” It’s very good. I can’t wait. Yeah, it’s really good.’

She put on a radiant display at the Dennis Basso SS25 runway show while donning a short-sleeved, black dress that had colorful, floral deigns for a unique flare.
The TV personality slipped into a pair of open-toed, vibrant blue heels with floral accents that offered an additional pop of color.
Marks also made an appearance at the Alice + Olivia Spring 2025 Presentation and was bold in a pair of shiny, gold and black pants as well as black shirt.
The reality star layered the ensemble with a black blazer and carried a gold purse in her right hand for a finishing touch.
