Andy Cohen Hints at Major Changes in RHONY Season 15!

The Real Housewives of New York finally set the release date for the new season! Fans can expect the ladies of RHONY back on October 1 and Andy Cohen has teased a shifted dynamics and a whole lot of fun this coming season.

In many ways, the show feels new again since the full reboot. While fans are still having mixed feelings about that, they have begun warming to the new cast. After all, despite the new blood, there was still a lot of drama and chaos. And what’s a housewives show without the drama?

Diverse new RHONY cast, same reality TV chaos

According to Collider, Andy recently spilled some tea about the upcoming season and it sounds promising already.

“This season is really dramatic,” he said. “I think what you’re gonna find this season is we got a really cohesive group. I mean, this group has lived as a unit for the last several years or so. I think people are going to love to see how the group dynamics have shifted.”

He added, “Also, it’s super aspirational. The fashion is through the roof, they’re funny, and I’m excited about all the momentum we have going in this season too.”

While technically it’s season 15, the RHONY cast is returning for their sophomore season. The new cast includes Jenna Lyons, Sai De Silva, Erin Lichy, Ubah Hassan, Jessel Taank, and Brynn Whitfield. In addition, Racquel Chevermont and Rebecca Minkoff will serve as main cast members and a friend of the season.

The fresh new blood of the cast already shook things up last season and it looks like they will continue to do so in Season 15. In just one season, the cast showed alliances shifting, villains emerging and retreating, and more. There is so much more to explore, and if Andy’s enthusiasm is anything to go by, the new season is going to do just that.

The new trailer dropped and we’re already getting friendship, drama, and … pigeons? There’s also tension between Erin and her hubby and Erin and Minkoff. Plus, lots of girl bonding and a potential surprise pregnancy? Lots to look forward to on October 1st!

Until the new season drops, you can stream all episodes on Peacock.
