RHOC Star Lesley Beador Slams Media for Ignoring Her in David Beador’s $6.89M Home Sale Story, See Their New $11.45M Waterfront Estate!

David Beador is selling the Newport Beach home he shares with his wife, Lesley Beador, and she has a problem with an article about the listing.

Just four months after the construction entrepreneur, who was previously married to Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador, 60, purchased the property, he and Lesley listed the four-bedroom, five-bathroom home for $6.895 million.

Following the sharing of the listing, which was $300,000 more than David and Lesley paid back in April, The Orange County Register reported on the news, describing David as a “‘RHOC’ ex-husband,” and Lesley wasn’t happy with it.

In a post shared to her Instagram Story on August 19, Lesley shaded the outlet as disrespectful as she crossed out the mention of “‘RHOC’ ex-husband” and added her name to the headline.

“Let’s start writing more respectful articles. I’ll help,” she captioned her post.

David and Lesley’s home boasts three levels, 3,563 square feet, and a rooftop deck, and it is situated near the beach in Balboa Peninsula Point. In the front yard is a gated area with a fountain, and inside the home are plenty of stunning features, including pocket doors providing indoor-outdoor living, beamed ceilings, built-ins, marble tiling, and wood floors.

Photos of the home are below.

Upstairs in the primary suite is a walk-in closet, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

“The sellers decided it was the right time to make the move to a water-front property, which I was fortunate enough to help them find,” The Oppenheim Group’s Gio Helou said in an email to The Orange County Register on August 19. “It’s a common story here in Newport, with clients jumping from street to street with the ultimate goal of living on the water.”

Gio, who stars on Selling the OC, is a co-listing agent, as is his mother, Lisa Helou.

According to the report, David and Lesley, who wed in October 2020 and share one daughter, three-year-old Anna, purchased a 3,877-square-foot home on the bay in the same neighborhood for $11.45 million earlier this month.
