Melissa Gorga’s Unwavering Support for Joe Gorga: A Fearless Journey in His Career

Melissa Gorga continues to be her husband’s biggest cheerleader.

On Saturday, August 17, The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom embarked on a nearly three-hour road trip to attend Joe Gorga’s comedy show in Atlantic City. Melissa documented her travels in an Instagram Story, which was filmed shortly after she finished a food-judging gig in Connecticut.

“All right, guys, my day does not end there,” she said from her car. “Just went to the Hey Stamford Food Festival. So much fun. Just ate, probably, 10 burgers… maybe? I was the judge of the burgers. They were all great. But if you think I’m gonna let my hubby go be on stage in Atlantic City and not go see him and the boys? Have no fear, anyone who’s going to Atlantic City, I’m on my way.”

Joe’s “Evening of Comedy” show went down in the Harrah’s Resort concert venue and was hosted by Frank Catania, the ex-husband of RHONJ cast member Dolores Catania. The event also included special guests John Fuda and Joe Benigno, husbands of Rachel Fuda and Margaret Josephs, respectively.

“I will be there watching Joe and cheering those guys on,” Melissa continued. “I’m very excited for that tonight. My days just never end. It’s all good stuff, though. All good stuff.”

Melissa and Rachel attended the comedy show alongside their fellow Housewife Danielle Cabral and her husband, Nate Cabral.

“Wow!!! The [RHONJ] men can pack a house!!” Melissa captioned a video of the audience.

Frank’s fiancée, Brittany Mattessich, and his son, Frankie Catania Jr., were also in attendance and shared a few peeks at Frank’s opening bit.

“Proud of you Dad,” Frankie wrote in a story.

Melissa Gorga reflects on RHONJ Season 14

The comedy show occurred less than a week after the premiere of Off the Rails — a one-off Bravo special in which the Jersey ’Wives shared their thoughts on the Season 14 finale. Melissa reflected on the drama in a recent sitdown with BravoTV.com.

“I don’t know where the group goes from here, but I will just say that there’s been a lot of great memories with a lot of the girls,” Melissa said. “I wouldn’t take anything back, but, at the end of the day, I fight for my family and my husband and my kids, and what’s morally right.”

“That’s what life is about to me, it’s just about being happy, and enjoying it with good friends and good people,” she continued. “And keeping people around that really wish well for you and want to see you thrive and want to see you do well.”
