Luis Ruelas’ comments about Margaret Josephs, and especially about her son, got him and Teresa Giudice a lot of backlash, and while he apologized almost immediately after his furious statements were made public, his recent actions seem to show he’s not that sorry.
Andy Cohen reveals he’d lose his cool over Luis Ruelas’ comments about Margaret Josephs’ son, calling out the intense drama.
The tension among the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast is palpable at this point, and the future of the show is uncertain, but given the negativity surrounding Luis and Teresa, it’s possible the couple will be leaving soon, and some Housewives might be happy about it.
Luis Ruelas Calls Margaret Josephs ‘Pathetic’

Luis Ruelas posted a photo on Instagram of himself with his youngest son, and someone in the comments brought up his unfortunate comments.
“How would you feel if someone wished your son to suffer?” they asked. Luis responded pretty aggressively.
“I wouldn’t use my son as a story line! PATHETIC!”
Luis was having a heated conversation with Teresa on the show when he exploded and verbally attacked Margaret and her family with words that fans, castmates, and even Bravo host Andy Cohen, believed crossed a line.
Margaret felt horrible hearing that, but Teresa downplayed people’s reactions to it and defended her husband, saying that it was just a mistake and that it was justified because his family had suffered a lot.
Luis Ruelas’ Public Apology

Luis Ruelas apologized for his comments very quickly, and despite his feelings about Margaret seemingly not changing, he clearly realized that children should be kept out of their on-screen drama.
“The finale was very tough for me to watch and I wanted to address it with you all. After watching the finale, I was disappointed in my actions in bringing up Margaret Josephs’ son,” he explained.
He also shared his side of things and why he reacted so intensely.
“Yes, can he just hurry up and ‘transcend’ off our screens?”
“The reason he was even brought up was because I have been dealing with being falsely accused of calling Margaret’s son at his work which is simply not true,” he said. “For the last year Margaret kept putting this narrative out there that I called her son at work and I have to deal with it knowing I am being lied on.”
However, he understands that he was out of line regardless of his feelings on the subject.
