Melissa Gorga Praises RHONJ Fans as Season 14 Wraps: ‘Time To Keep Jersey Moving Forward’

Melissa Gorga joined Real Housewives of New Jersey during the third season. While she insisted that her sister-in-law Teresa Giudice was aware of her joining the cast, Teresa claimed she was blindsided. These Garden State ladies feuded across almost 11 seasons. During the finale, Melissa labeled Teresa “white trash” and Teresa called Melissa a “whore.” Memories, right?

But after watching the Season 14 RHONJ finale with some of her co-stars, Melissa felt at peace. She acknowledged that any ties to Teresa were gone. The finale watch party special was sad in many ways, and now moving the franchise forward will be the focus. Before that happened, Melissa wanted to have a word with her fans.

Melissa Gorga told her fans how much they matter to her

Melissa posted a message on Instagram to thank her fans. In the photos and video, she was modeling her look for the finale watch party at The Rails. “Hi Lovers. “My Team Melissa Peeps,” she captioned the photo. “I do this show for many reasons but I need to take a minute before season 14 is over and tell you all how much you all mean to me for the last 14 years. You are all so amazing and always kept me going.”

She continued, “It’s not always easy staying in my own lane, keeping it “classy.” Sometimes I want to lose my sh*t Trust me! And I know I have at times.” We will give Melissa and Teresa a pass and not count all the times that they lost it.

“But I go into this as something I appreciate. Something that I believe could be inspiring through all the good times and the bad. It’s time to keep Jersey moving forward! I love you all very much,” Melissa wrote, adding a heart emoji, and kiss and hug symbols.

The future of the franchise has been on Melissa’s mind lately. Cast changes are coming, and as of yet, no decisions have been made. “Either way, I think that … we’ve shown a lot of our lives and I’m happy to continue showing it, and I’m also happy with the memories that we made. So I feel like we’ll be at peace either way,” Melissa previously stated.

Well, I guess we will all be waiting to hear about how this troubled franchise moves forward.
