Season 18 of The Real Housewives of Orange County is underway. So far, this season is jampacked with interesting storylines, some of which are straight from the headlines. There’s also a bit of drama from the past coming to the surface as Tamra Judge recently revealed a massive lie she told to her then-friend Shannon Beador and how it involves her gossiping to Heather Dubrow during season nine.
As most people know, Shannon and Tamra were close friends up until recently. They even had their Tres Amigas group with Vicki Gunvalson before Tamra fell out with them both. According to reports, there will be an attempt later in the season to fix things between the three ladies.
According to Heavy, Tamra recently took to the Two Ts in a Pod podcast and opened up about how she lied to Shannon after telling her business to Heather. She says that at the time, Heather was “not getting along with Shannon.” However, she told Heather she should be nicer to Shannon because of what she was going through.
Tamra says, “I knew that Shannon’s husband had sent her an email breaking up with her. Saying that he wanted to end their marriage or something like that. And I think there was more details. I don’t remember them. And so, I was with Heather filming, and I said, ‘Can you just go easy on her? She’s going through some [expletive].’”
She then goes into more detail about the off-camera conversation with Heather. She says, “I go, ‘David split up with her. Like, he wants out of the marriage.’ And [Heather] is like, ‘What?’”
Tamra then shares that Shannon got a text from her ex while they were filming, and he confronted her about Heather and some of her friends being aware of him wanting out of the marriage. Apparently, a friend of Heather’s had contacted his mistress about the situation.
Tamra says, “He basically repeated everything that I had repeated to Heather. So I was sitting on the couch. And [Shannon] goes ‘Did you tell Heather?’ I go, ‘No!’”
Tamra also expressed how bad she still feels about the whole situation. However, this brings up a sentiment that many fans of RHOC have had about the star, which is, “Tamra is a friend to no one.”
